Happy Valentine's Day to all!  We appreciate your business on the busiest day of the year.  Your patience is equally as appreciated as we fulfill all orders and get them delivered as quickly as possible.  Here are answers to common questions we see during this holiday period.

 

Can I still get something delivered for Valentine's Day?

Deliveries are no longer guaranteed for Valentine's Day.

 

Can I get confirmation of delivery?

Delivery confirmation emails are sent once the driver marks the order as delivered.  If your requested delivery date has passed, please refer to your order confirmation email for more information.  All orders placed after the guaranteed holiday delivery cut-off are being delivered as quickly as possible.  Some areas do not have real-time delivery confirmations which means your order could arrive on the requested date with no notification.  Delivery services are constantly updating their technology and we are seeing more and more offer real-time delivery confirmation services.

 

My order has not been delivered yet.  When will my order be delivered?

We recommend checking your order confirmation email for an answer.  Different parts of the country had different cut-off times for guaranteed holiday delivery.  If the order was placed after the cut-off(in the flex holiday delivery period), your order will be delivered as quickly as possible through 2/17 with most being delivered 2/15 and 2/16.

 

I ordered during the flex holiday delivery period. When will my order arrive?

During peak holiday periods like Valentine's Day, florists reach capacity on multiple levels(sold out of product, driver vehicles are full, etc). Once we see this, we can no longer guarantee delivery nationwide.  When selecting your delivery date(before adding to cart), it shows the full flex period in green with an explanation of when to expect delivery.  We utilize all delivery services in the area(including other florists) to get your order delivered.  If there is a way to get it there, we make it happen.  Many of these orders placed after the cut-off are still delivered on or before Valentine's Day but in some areas, the soonest delivery window and only option may be after the holiday.  We cannot give eta's or tracking information on these orders.  We are actively working on getting them designed and delivered as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience during such a busy period.  If delivery after Saturday is not acceptable, we can cancel and refund your order but recommend waiting til Saturday PM as there is still a chance it does get delivered.

 

When was the cut-off for guaranteed holiday delivery?

Different parts of the country cut-off at different times on different days since some areas reach capacity earlier than others.  Here is the breakdown:

Guam: 6:30pm 2/11

Select Remote Towns: 11:30am 2/12

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and all domestic zips outside our local area: 9:30am 2/13

Again, your order confirmation email would confirm whether or not it was placed during the flex period.

 

I got a delivery confirmation email but the recipient did not get the delivery.

Delivery confirmation emails are sent when the order is tagged as delivered by the delivery service.  Sometimes a driver may mark it delivered before making the delivery.  Please wait until later in the day or the following morning before checking.  Also- be sure to check the exterior of the building.  If there is no answer, the driver may leave it in a safe spot outside or with a neighbor.  Due to the high volume of orders, we may not have delivery details until the following day.  If the recipient did not receive the gift, we will make sure a new one is delivered.

 

How do I reach customer service?  I have a question/concern with my order.

You will receive the quickest response by contacting us via email here or by live chatting with us using the chat feature in the bottom right of the screen.  We have our top customer service staff and management here working through all emails extremely fast and efficiently.  You will receive an email much quicker than calling and it will be from a top tier service member.  We kindly ask that you do not call and email.  Thank you for your patience while we work through all inquiries.

 

Can I cancel my order?

As much as we'd hate to lose your order, of course you have the option to cancel.  We appreciate your business.  In the event that you need to cancel an order, please simply send us an email by replying to your order confirmation email.  When emailing us, please be sure to include the recipient name so we can access your order information.  Please note: a full refund cannot be applied if your order is already designed, out with the driver or already delivered.  This is explained in our Refund and Return Policy.
