Went into this flower shop last minute for a bouquet for my MIL who had to undergo emergency surgery at the local hospital. We picked out a bouquet. Vic was so kind and arranged THE most beautiful bouquet I've ever purchased in less than 5 minutes. If I lived nearby, I'd be at that flower shop weekly for all things botanical.

I like the diversity of plants & flowers & cards & toys & candles & wreaths in this establishment. Parking was super easy and shop was conveniently located (didnt have to fight traffic just to drive into the parking lot).

Hi! I initially was disappointed when I found out that your supplier only had white irises when I made my order, but then I was ok with the white since I was extending sympathy to a friend. AND then you all went above & beyond when my friend wasn't home on the first attempt of delivery and you facilitated a 2nd attempt successfully 2 days later. THANK YOU SO MUCH! My friend said her arrangement was beautiful and really appreciated it.

The customer service at Kremp's is just top-notch. They helped us with our recent cremation flowers, let me ask as many questions as necessary so that I was comfortable with the end result and the timing of the delivery.
