The flowers I ordered were never received. Worst place to do business with. Communication was poor, they lied several times and did not ever get a delivery.

My experience with Kremp Florist was fantastic. When I called to say my floral arrangement that my daughter sent me for my birthday was dead after two days your company stepped up and replaced it after I sent photo’s. I just want to say you are a class act and I’ve told all my friends and love ones to use your florist, even your delivery guy was great. Paid 80 something dollars for a LOCAL florist and they were from Safeway lol like what? They did the job but wasn’t local at all. Disappointed to say the least. Safeway store number included nice and bold on the card too.

very poor communication. It was not delivered on my moms birthday never communicated until i tried to track what happened. Also flower is not the ideal i even paid extra 50 dollars on top on the flower price to add more on the flower. Very disappointed.
