Refund and Return Policy


Our goal is to have our customers and recipients "Feel Special" when working with us.

All items we sell come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason a customer is not satisfied, we will replace the item no questions asked.  If a replacement is not preferred, please see below for how refunds can be requested.

Flower and Plant Longevity

A general rule is that flowers will last a week to 10 days depending upon the flower varieties and plants will last a minimum of two weeks.  If cared for properly, some plant varieties can last for years.  Refund requests for plants cannot be honored after 2 weeks of delivery.

Refund Requests

Products purchased in store

Refunds for products purchased in our showroom will be honored by bringing in the product.  Live flowers/plants need to be returned within 48 hours.

Products being hand delivered by us or another florist

If a refund is requested on a product that has already been designed and/or out with a delivery driver, we cannot refund since the item was already made, labor applied and delivery expenses applied.  As long as the product is refused, we can then offer a discount to cover the costs.

If an item was never received by the recipient and the delivery date has passed, we can refund in full or have the item delivered with a note of apology and refund the delivery charge due to the delay.

Products already delivered by us or another florist

If a refund is requested on an order that was already delivered, the delivery service may require that the product be picked up for any adjustment to be processed.  The recommended resolution here is to send a replacement to swap out with the original.  Cancellations on florist filled orders must be submitted before the order is made/sent out.

Products shipped via UPS/Fedex/USPS

If the product is shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS, we can only refund shipping charges if the delivery arrives later than the guaranteed arrival date/time or the product is damaged.  For damaged items, please email us a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receipt so we can file a claim and get a replacement out to you asap.  If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund.

If the UPS/Fedex/USPS delivered item does not meet your expectations for any reason, we can either replace the product or give a discount.  Full refunds cannot be processed since the shipper will not refund the delivery charges.

If you are returning a product to us, refunds will be applied once the product is received in it's original condition.

Items shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground and USPS

Ground delivery methods do not guarantee specific arrival dates.  Therefore we cannot refund shipping charges on those services if the package arrives early or late.

Fig Cuttings

All fig cuttings are cut the day before shipping.  Please inspect them immediately.  If they arrive damaged, please email us a picture within 24 hours of delivery.

If for some reason you do not want them, please ship them back to us within 3 days of receipt.  We do not provide return labels.  Once received, we will refund the product amount.

Shipping Charge Refunds

Once a package is picked up by the courier(UPS/Fedex/USPS), we cannot refund the shipping charge.  If a package is returned to us that was undeliverable for any reason, we cannot refund the delivery charges since couriers do not refund these charges.  We cannot be held responsible for address related issues.  Refunds or discounts on shipped items that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or customs delays can only be applied if the carrier will refund on their end.  Additional shipping charges may be applied if there is an address change/correction after the item is shipped.
