Refund and Return Policy

Our goal is to have our customers and recipients "Feel Special" when working with us.

All items we sell come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason a customer is not satisfied, we will replace the item or offer another product of equal value.

A general rule is that flowers will last a week to 10 days depending upon the flower varieties and plants will last a minimum of two weeks.  If cared for properly, some plant varieties can last for years.

Refunds for products purchased in our showroom will be honored by bringing in the product.  If a refund is requested on a product that has already been made up and/or out with a delivery driver, we can apply a discount on the product since the item was already made and labor already applied to your order.  If a refund is requested on an order that was already delivered, the delivery service may require that the product be picked up for any adjustment to be processed.  If the

If the product is shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS, we can only refund shipping charges if the delivery arrives later than the guaranteed arrival date/time or the product is damaged.  Please note- UPS Ground, USPS and Fedex Ground does not guarantee specific arrival dates.  Therefore we cannot refund shipping charges on those services if the package arrives early or late.  Refunds for products received via UPS, Fedex or USPS can be applied once the product is safely returned to us.  If a cancellation is requested on an order that has already been picked up from our facility by the carrier(UPS, Fedex, etc), we cannot refund since we are charged for the shipping at that time.  If a package is returned to us that was undeliverable for any reason, we cannot refund the delivery charges since UPS, Fedex and USPS do not refund these charges.  We cannot be held responsible for address related issues.

All fig cuttings are cut the day before shipping.  If for some reason you do not want them, please ship them back to us within 3 days of receipt.  We do not provide return labels.  Once received, we will refund the full product price. Shipping charges can only be refunded if there is damage caused by shipping.
