Mother's Day Customer Service Center

Happy Mother's Day to all!  We appreciate your business on the busiest weekend of the year.  Your patience is equally as appreciated as we fulfill all orders and get them delivered as quickly as possible.  Here are answers to common questions we see during this holiday period.

 

Can I still get something delivered for Mother's Day?

Unfortunately we are no longer guaranteeing delivery for Mother's Day.

 

Can I get confirmation of delivery?

Delivery confirmation emails are sent once the driver marks the order as delivered.  If your requested delivery date has passed, please refer to your order confirmation email for more information.  All orders are being delivered as quickly as possible.  Some areas do not have real-time delivery confirmations which means your order could arrive on the requested date with no notification sent out.  Delivery services are constantly updating their technology and we are seeing more and more offer delivery confirmation services.

 

My order has not been delivered yet.  When will my order be delivered?

We recommend checking your order confirmation email for this answer.  Different parts of the country had different cut-off times for guaranteed holiday delivery.  If the order was placed after the cut-off(in the flex holiday delivery period), your order will be delivered as quickly as possible through 5/16 with most being delivered 5/13.

 

I ordered during the flex holiday delivery period. When will my order arrive?

During peak holiday periods like Mother's Day, florists reach capacity on multiple levels(sold out of product, drivers vehicles are full, etc). Once we see this, we can no longer guarantee delivery.  When selecting your delivery date, it shows the full flex period in green with an explanation of when to expect delivery.  We utilize all delivery services in the area(including other florists) to get your order delivered.  If there is a way to get it there, we will make it happen.  Many of these orders placed after the cut-off are still delivered in time for Mother's Day but in some areas, the soonest delivery window may be after the holiday.  Most will be delivered Monday/Tuesday.  In rare remote scenarios, it could be Wednesday/Thursday.  We cannot give eta's or tracking information on these orders.  We are actively working on getting them made and delivered as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience during such a busy period.  If delivery after Sunday is not acceptable, we can cancel and refund your order but recommend waiting til Sunday PM as there is still a chance this gets delivered.

 

When was the cut-off for guaranteed holiday delivery?

Different parts of the country cut-off at different times on different days since some areas reach capacity earlier than others.  Our holiday update page has a log of all cut-off times.  You can view our holiday update page here.  The cut-off for most towns across the US was 8:20pm on Thursday, May 9th.  In our local area, we are guaranteeing holiday delivery on new orders placed Saturday and Sunday morning.

 

I got a delivery confirmation email but the recipient did not get the delivery.

Delivery confirmation emails are sent when the order is tagged as delivered.  Sometimes a driver may mark it delivered before making the delivery.  Please wait until later in the day or the following morning before checking.  Also- be sure to check the exterior of the building.  If there is no answer, the driver may leave it in a safe spot outside.  Due to the high volume of orders, we may not have delivery details until the following day.  If the recipient did not receive the gift, we will make sure a new one is delivered.

 

Was the delivery charge more for specific days of the holiday weekend? 

No.  Unlike many other online florist websites, we do not have added extra fees during peak holidays.  You may see things like Sunday delivery fee, Holiday delivery surcharge, same day delivery service charge, etc from other florists.  We do not add anything like this.  We have one flat-rate delivery charge that covers the delivery expense regardless of the date your order is being delivered.

 

Can I call to get a faster response?

You will receive the quickest response by contacting us via email here.  We have our top customer service staff and management here working through all emails extremely fast and efficiently.  You will receive an email much quicker than a return call and it will be from a top tier service member.  We kindly ask that you do not call and email.  Thank you for your patience while we work through all inquiries.

 

Can I cancel my order?

As much as we'd hate to lose your order, of course you have the option to cancel.  We appreciate your business.  In the event that you need to cancel an order, please simply send us an email by replying to your order confirmation email or click here to send us an email.  When emailing us, please be sure to include the recipient name so we can access your order information.  Please note: a full refund cannot be applied if your order is already designed, out with the driver or already delivered.
