the Presidential Inaugurations - for George H. W, Bush, the first for Bill Clinton,
and both for George W, Bush.

After you did our wedding flowers, I have used you for all occasions and have never been disappointed.

Stacy W.

Need some Help?

Is this available for same day delivery?

Most products on our website are available for same day delivery. Depending upon the location of the recipient, we can determine the first available delivery date. Please type in the recipient zip code and click continue. You can then see the first available delivery date on the calendar. Note- last minute holiday periods like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, same day delivery may not be available to areas that are no longer guaranteed for the holiday.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes we do! Our drivers are out on the road 7 days a week. If your order is going outside our local delivery area, Sunday delivery may not be available. We always check with all delivery options including other florists to ensure we get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Requests are perfectly fine. We have a special instructions field during checkout where you can make requests like this. Please note- while we do our best to fulfill all requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests are doable. Due to this, time requests are not guaranteed.

How far in advance should I place my order to ensure timely delivery?

Ordering a few days in advance is always appreciated. This is mainly so we can ensure we have the product. This allows us to special order in certain flowers or plants if available. During major holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we recommend ordering as early as possible. It may sound extreme but ordering a week in advance of these holidays is your best bet since most florists cut-off and no longer guarantee holiday delivery a few days before the holiday. It is better to be safe than sorry!

How do I contact customer service if I need help with my order?

Our customer service team is happy to help with any questions or concerns you have. You can email our VIP team here https://www.kremp.com/pages/contact, reach us via live-chat(button right corner) or give us a call at 800-34-KREMP.

How do I include a personalized message with my gift?

When checking out, you will see a field for the enclosure card message. You can type your message into that field. We also offer an upgraded card option where we print your message on a full-sized greeting card in an envelope. This can be added on the product page before entering checkout.

Can I send this anonymously as a surprise gift?

Yes, you do have the option to send a gift anonymously. While we do require your details for billing, we can ensure nothing is included with the delivery. When checking out, please type "ANONYMOUS DELIVERY PLEASE." If the recipient calls us, we will not reveal any of your information without your approval.

Do you offer bulk gifting or corporate gift options?

Sending corporate gifts and bulk gift sending is one of our specialties. Our products stand out as unique and businesses often select us as their bulk vendor for that reason. We make it easy! Recipient lists can be emailed to our and our VIP team will do the rest.

Can I add chocolates, a teddy bear or balloons to my order?

Yes- we have common add-ons available on our product pages that can be added with 1 click. This includes teddy bears, upgraded enclosure cards, chocolates, balloons and more.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be changed or cancelled up until they are made. Please refer to our refund and returns page for more information. https://www.kremp.com/pages/refund-and-return-policy

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation email includes a link to check the status of your order. Depending upon the delivery method, some deliveries are confirmed earlier than others. We provide tracking details for all orders shipped via Fedex, UPS and USPS. In all scenarios, please use the link in your order confirmation email for updates.

Still Not Sure Where To Start?

Let us help you to choose the perfect gift for your special occasion. Give us a call or send us an email. We are happy to help!
