We chose Kremp to send a plant to a friend living in Philadelphia based on a recommendation from a family member familiar with the horticulture in Philadelphia. We made the right choice. They were initially unable to locate the address we gave them but notified us promptly and stayed in touch until the mystery was resolved-the street name had just recently been changed.
