placing your order by 12:30 PM local time in the recipient's time zone. Cutoff
times may vary slightly based on destination zip codes, weekends, and peak
holidays.

Can I send same-day flowers anywhere in the USA?

same-day delivery locally in our 14 delivery vans and all across the US.

Can I order from outside the U.S. for delivery within the
United States?

Yes. Our website accepts orders from international customers
24/7 using major credit cards, paypal, apple pay and more.  The delivery destination can be anywhere.

Can same-day flowers be delivered to a hospital or
medical facility?

Yes, for sure. Some hospitals or medical facilities require
deliveries to be left at the front desk. 
Our drivers will go as far as they can to ensure a successful
delivery.  If the flowers are left at the
desk, the hospital has staff to deliver them directly to the rooms.  Please be sure to include as much information
as possible for the driver including the room number, floor, department, etc.

What happens if I miss the same-day cutoff time?

If the order comes in too late for same day delivery, we
will still make every effort and exhaust all options.  We often are successful delivering same day
even if the order is placed too late.  If
there are no options, we will reach out to you and deliver on the next
available day.
