Since the figs are flavorful, there is still that saturation of flavor even in the under ripe figs. The trees are highly productive, whether grown in the ground or in pots. Exact timing is weather dependent, but we usually start in November. Shipping continues throughout the winter and early spring. Orders placed during our pre-sale period(October\/November) will ship out first in November\/December.
