"I wanted to take this opportunity to THANK YOU for the wonderful job you did. It was a fantastic day and people still are talking about the wedding - particularly about the absolutely beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements. I didn't really have a complete picture of what I wanted when I met with you, just certain flowers I wanted to use. But then you started showing me pictures and putting these images in my head. I was almost afraid that when the day came those images would overpower the real thing. BUT when I got to Knowlton and they opened my mox to present me with the most romantic bouquet I, or anyone else for that matter, have ever seen, I simply melted inside. My father, who is a big flower person, thought my bouquet was the most exquisite thing he has ever seen(except, of course, for his daughter on her wedding day). The girl's bouquets were gorgeous, as well as the mother's bouquets, the men's boutonnieres and the arrangements. It was the happiest and most magnificent day of my life, and a large part of that is because of you."
